Shipping policy

Delivery times quoted by Bluedot design* are approximate only and we are not responsible for any delays.
We agree to deliver goods to you on the understanding reasonable access is available. If reasonable access is unavailable or you are not at home at the agreed delivery time you will be charged for any subsequent delivery.
It is your responsibility to check measurements to ensure your goods will fit in intended areas. We are not responsible for goods that have not been measured and subsequently do not fit where intended.
Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be the customer's responsibility as we encourage you to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. We will not be responsible if the furniture does not fit/ pass through the entryway/ stairway etc. Please note that any failed delivery due to any such refusal or unavailability and any subsequent attempts to deliver the goods will be charged extra by Bluedot Design or the Logistics partner. We also request you to give the correct address and phone no. details at the time of placing the order. If you are planning to travel and will be unavailable on the contact number, please inform us in advance so that we can plan the shipping and delivery as per your convenience.
On delivery, inspect your goods carefully. Any damage detected should be immediately reported to the carrier and us and noted on the delivery copy. Once you have inspected your goods and have signed their acceptance on the delivery copy (noting any damage if any), you agree that the delivery copy is then evidence of the condition of the goods as at the time of delivery.
On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows due to unavoidable circumstances.
When you order from our website, For the ready Items like cafe chairs, office chairs, etc. we take about 5-7 working days to dispatch the product. For customized products like sofas, wooden chairs, tables, etc, we take 4-6 weeks to dispatch your order.
Delivery charges (if any) are payable in addition to the price for the Goods (Delivery Charges)
Delivery fees and times vary for different types of Goods and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and its destination. For Orders through the Website, any Delivery Charge will appear in your shopping cart. Delivery charges for Online Exclusive Goods will be shown separately.
