Oru

Rooted in Scandinavian minimalist design, the Oru Lounge Chair harmonizes organic textures with architectural precision. Handcrafted from solid teakwood, its clean frame is elevated by intricate, hand-woven natural cane rattan weave across the backrest and seating panel. Designed to create a light, airy visual presence without compromising on structural comfort, the Oru chair serves as a timeless accent piece that brings natural warmth, craft heritage, and relaxed sophistication to modern homes.

Styling Tip
Style the Oru chair in a sunlit corner alongside a linen curtains backdrop, a textured jute or wool area rug, and a solid wood side table. Add a soft neutral cushion or throw blanket to accentuate the natural contrast between warm teakwood and woven cane.

Frame Structure: 100% solid natural teakwood, for longevity, and structural strength.

Weave Material: Premium natural cane rattan, hand-woven using traditional artisanal techniques for flexible, breathable support.

Finish: Smooth, hand-rubbed low-VOC protective teak oil coat highlighting the rich grain and warm golden tones of natural wood.

As our furniture is handcrafted from natural materials, each piece is unique. Variations in colour, pattern, grain, and texture may occur. Additionally, product colours may appear slightly different on screens due to monitor settings or lighting conditions.

Product Care
Wood Care: Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Treat periodically with natural teak oil or wax to retain its rich lustre and prevent drying.

Rattan Care: Gently vacuum the cane weave using a soft brush attachment to clear dust. Clean light smudges with a slightly damp cloth and allow to air dry naturally; do not saturate with water.

Environment: Keep away from direct outdoor rain or sharp heating sources to protect natural cane fibers from brittleness.
